BOOKING LEAD TIME
The nice sunny days we have been getting are prompting more people to get out and ride, so at the moment we are booking approximately:
1.5 - 2 weeks in advance |
Our new workshop is now accessed separately from the retail area of Lonsdale St Cyclery, and has a separate phone number too - (02) 6257 1755.
The Workshop opens at 8am and closes at 6pm on weekdays, allowing you to drop-off and pick-up your bike outside of general working hours. (We aren't open on the weekend though - out riding!). We offer same day servicing, assuming no special parts need to be ordered in.
TO GET THERE:
Standing with your back to the Lonsdale St Cyclery entrance, walk out of our carpark and turn left up Lonsdale St. After approximately 20m, you will see a little alleyway off to the left, between the Scuba Store and Ostratos (a Greek restaurant). Our sign should be out here.
Go up the alleyway, and we are on the left. Can't miss us!
We generally require all major work to be booked in prior to being carried out. Please be aware that we can get very busy so it is best to book upto 2 weeks in advance!
We are happy to look at bikes on the spot also (provided we have the time!), and we charge a minimum labour fee of $13 for any on-the-spot repairs.

Workshop Disclaimer
WE DO NOT SERVICE THE FOLLOWING:
- Bicycles which have been purchased from K-Mart, other department stores or toy shops. These are toys, not bikes.
- Prams, electric bikes, trikes.
